A A C blocks are created from a slurry mixture of fly ash, cement, lime, water, and an expansion agent. The slurry is poured and molded into light weight AAC blocks, which are then cured in autoclave equipment. The autoclave's high pressure steam curing mechanism speeds up the curing process of A A C Blocks, resulting in a physically and chemically stable product.

Delivery
We will provide customers with customized transportation plans. We ensure that quality checks are performed throughout the delivery timeline from the time the products leave the manufacturing warehouse until they arrive at their destination. We load safely and without damage, and we take full responsibility during delivery.

Packaging and Loading
AAC blocks typically wrapped in polyester tape, which has a higher tensile strength and is less heavy than steel tape. We use aluminum palates during the loading process in a scientific way to protect the blocks. We avoid standard packaging in favor of scientific inter-national protocols. There is no additional charge for selecting our special packaging options.

Pull Out test
The purpose of pull out testing is to ensure that test equipment with a given geometry produces results (pull-out forces) that are closely related to the compressive strength of concrete. We offer a standard certification when utilizing this service.
